Guyver: Bioobooster Armor

The Japanese Anime series Guyver : Biobooster armour is based on the popular manga of the same name. Directed by Katsuhito AKIYAMA (who also Directed the legendary Thundercats TV series), 26 episodes long, Guyver aired between August 2005 and February 2006. This incarnation is actually a remake of the original 12 episode Anime series that originally aired in 1989, updated with 21st century animation and a well needed extended story with 14 extra episodes than the original. A secret organization known as Chronos has in their possession three mysterious alien bio weapon suits known as the Guyver units, which bond with their user to give them super-human strength, speed and an armoury of high-tech weaponry.

Guyver features Sho Fukamachi as the main protagonist a 17 year old high school student who accidentally stumbles upon a Guyver unit transforming him into the virtually indestructible bio weapon known as Guyver1.

The Chronos organisation will stop at nothing to recover the Guyver unit from Sho, putting his friends and family in mortal danger. Pursued by Zoanoids, Chronos soldiers who can transform into rampaging monsters of incredible strength Sho comes to the realisation that the only way to protect his loved ones is to harness the full power of the Guyver armour and take the fight to the heart of Chronos Japan.

Aided by the Mysterious Shadow Guyver 3, Sho sets out on a mission that will lead the young hero through battles of indescribable odds, unbearable emotional pain, and revelations of the origins of the entire human race.
